Charm Candle Studio & Friends is dedicated to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy for details on delivery times, costs, and processing.

 

1. Order Processing

    •    Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

    •    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

    •    Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

 

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

    •    Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

    •    Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen delivery method.

 

3. International Shipping

    •    Currently, we ship only within the UK. International shipping may be added in the future.

 

4. Delivery Issues

    •    Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

    •    If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at charmcandlescobk@yahoo.com, and we will help track it.

 

5. Damaged or Lost Items

    •    If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the order with a photo of the damage.

    •    We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged items.

    •    Lost packages will be investigated and, if necessary, replaced or refunded.
