At Charm Candle Studio & Friends, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

 

 

1. Eligible Returns

 

 

• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at charmcandlescobk@yahoo.com.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund for eligible items once the issue has been confirmed.

 

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

 

• Cosmetics

• Perfumes

• Skincare products

 

 

 

3. Return Process

 

 

• To return an eligible item, please email us first for instructions.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

 

 

 

4. Refunds

 

 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

 

 

 

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

 

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
